Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order! Products like tweezers are hand tested so bare with us as we ensure every product we ship out meets our quality criteria.

All UK orders are delivered with tracked shipping. The cost for this delivery service is £2.99.

Free shipping applies on product orders over £60.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Refund Policy 

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Online courses and e-books are non-refundable.

 

LASH’D BEAUTIES is not liable for any delivery issues such as lost or damaged packages once it is shipped. Any concerns regarding your package, please contact Royal Mail using your tracking details. Please ensure all order information such as payment type, shipping address, and purchase items are correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer so please be careful.

All our products are inspected & hand tested (tweezers). In the very unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date with your order number. Please note you will need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
